These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all services provided by HUSHIHEI ("HUSHIHEI", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing this website, requesting a service, providing instructions, making payment, or otherwise engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

HUSHIHEI reserves the right to amend, update, replace, suspend, or remove any content on this website at any time without prior notice.

Service Requests

A request for service does not constitute acceptance by HUSHIHEI.

HUSHIHEI reserves the right to accept, decline, postpone, suspend, or discontinue any service request where it reasonably considers such action necessary or appropriate.

Quotations

All quotations are prepared using the information available at the time they are issued.

Where the scope of work changes, additional documentation becomes necessary, or unforeseen requirements arise, HUSHIHEI reserves the right to revise its quotation accordingly.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all quotations and invoices issued by HUSHIHEI are expressed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR).

Order Confirmation & Upfront Payment

Where an upfront payment is required, a service order shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.

Upon confirmation, HUSHIHEI may immediately commence administrative work, consultation, document preparation, correspondence, applications, submissions, liaison with third parties, or any other work reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing complete, accurate, and truthful information.
• Supplying all requested documents promptly.
• Responding to requests for clarification within a reasonable time.
• Ensuring that all declarations and information supplied are correct.

HUSHIHEI shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, rejection of applications, or any other consequence arising from incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information supplied by the client.

Government Authorities & Third Parties

Many HUSHIHEI services require interaction with government authorities, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, insurers, employers, utility providers, and other third parties.

HUSHIHEI acts solely as a facilitator and cannot guarantee:

• Approval.
• Acceptance.
• Processing times.
• Decisions.
• Outcomes.
• The continued availability of any third-party service.

Processing Times

Estimated completion times are provided solely for guidance based upon HUSHIHEI's previous experience with similar matters.

Actual processing times remain entirely subject to the procedures, workload, requirements, and decisions of the relevant authority or third party.

Estimated completion periods do not constitute a guarantee that any service will be completed within a specified timeframe.

HUSHIHEI shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, refusal, rejection, or other outcome arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from the acts, omissions, or decisions of any government authority or third party.

Fees & Charges

HUSHIHEI's facilitation charges are separate from all government fees, official charges, duties, taxes, levies, insurance premiums, banking charges, courier charges, and other third-party expenses incurred on the client's behalf.

Such external charges remain payable by the client and may change without prior notice.

Where any government fee, official charge, tax, levy, or third-party fee is increased after a quotation has been issued but before payment is made, the client shall remain responsible for the additional amount.

100% Money-Back Guarantee

If HUSHIHEI is unable to complete the requested service solely as a direct result of its own negligence, error, or omission, the facilitation charges paid to HUSHIHEI for that service shall be refunded in full through the original method of payment within seven (7) working days.

This guarantee does not apply where completion is prevented, delayed, refused, or otherwise affected by:

• The client.
• Any government authority.
• Any regulatory body.
• Any financial institution.
• Any insurer.
• Any employer.
• Any utility provider.
• Any third party.
• Circumstances beyond HUSHIHEI's reasonable control.

Government fees, official charges, duties, taxes, levies, insurance premiums, banking charges, courier charges, and all payments made to third parties on the client's behalf are non-refundable once paid, incurred, or submitted.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, designs, software, documents, forms, templates, and other material appearing on this website are the property of HUSHIHEI or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, transmitted, or otherwise used without the prior written permission of the lawful owner, except where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, HUSHIHEI's total liability arising from any service shall not exceed the facilitation charges paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

HUSHIHEI shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or economic loss, including loss of profit, income, opportunity, goodwill, reputation, or business arising from the use of this website or the provision of its services.

Force Majeure

HUSHIHEI shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, suspension, or inability to perform its obligations where such failure or delay results from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergency, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labour disputes, interruptions to utilities or telecommunications, cyber incidents, government action, changes in law or regulation, or the failure, delay, or decision of any government authority or third party.

Where a Force Majeure event occurs, HUSHIHEI shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time to perform its obligations or, where performance becomes impossible or impracticable, to suspend or terminate the affected service without liability.

Amendments

HUSHIHEI reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of this website or HUSHIHEI's services after such publication shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Maldives.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
